Over that time, NetDocuments and Salesforce have built a strong base of joint customers that are leveraging the power of SaaS to handle their CRM and content management needs.

As a SaaS company, we understand that rather than providing our customers with a product, we are offering a service. Because of this business model, our customers act more as partners in the business rather than just customers. NetDocuments was built from the ground-up to be a SaaS-based model. It wasn't converted from some older generation software to "fit" the SaaS world.
