ILTA Selects NetDocuments as a Strategic Vendor and Appoints David Clark of Kirton McConkie as the Relationship Liasion
Salt Lake City, UT – May 18, 2017 – NetDocuments, the leading cloud-based document and email management (DMS) provider for law firms and corporate legal departments, announced today that the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) approved NetDocuments in ILTA’s Strategic Vendor Relationship Program, appointing David Clark, IT Director at Kirton McConkie, as the relationship liaison between NetDocuments and ILTA.
“NetDocuments has supported ILTA for many years, and with the rapid market share growth and widespread adoption across our member firms, the committee felt the time was certainly right to include them as a strategic vendor,” Peggy Wechsler, Director of Strategic Relationships at ILTA, stated. “ILTA is dedicated to continually delivering exceptional content, education, and events to our members, and NetDocuments, along with David’s help, will no doubt help ILTA continue doing exactly that.”
David has worked in the legal industry as a consultant, software specialist, trainer and IT Director for almost 30 years, including the last five years leading the technology initiatives at Kirton McConkie, a 150 attorney firm based in Salt Lake City, UT. David has been involved in ILTA since 2000 in many roles that include conference committee, city rep, Regional Vice President, Peer Group Vice President and many other volunteer roles.
“I’ve known the people at NetDocuments for many years now, and the NetDocuments technology platform continues to be a critical component to our firm’s technology strategy,” David commented. “Having held numerous volunteer positions across ILTA, I was thrilled when this opportunity opened up and excited to help both NetDocuments and ILTA continue delivering great content and education across the ILTA community.”
