Document & Email Preview Pane

Built-in Document and Email Preview

Previewing a document or email has never been easier. NetDocuments now allows you to see the contents of a document or an email in a preview pane on the right. The preview pane can be easily toggled to the Details view or back to Preview. Being able to see the contents of email without opening the file will save time and allow you to quickly browse through a list quickly.

Redesign of List View

List View Revamped

We've incorporated a columnar format for all list views (e.g. recent documents, search results, etc.) allowing individual users to set the default display for metadata relating to a document. Taking it a step further, email list views will allow for an entirely different display than documents, enabling a sent from, or sent to field to be visible and sortable in the column. Email is different than documents and now the interface will allow the user to tailor what information is displayed.

Federated Identity

Federated Identity

We've enhanced the level of integration with Microsoft Directory Services to manage user accounts and user group permissions in Active Directory as well as Microsoft Azure Directory Services. For more information Click Here.

Login Page

A New Face for the Browser Login Page

After the 14.1 update you'll notice a new login page and an enhanced "Login Assistance" page. We've redesigned this to keep you more informed about important announcements as well as help users who are having trouble accessing their account.
