(together with its affiliates, “Clearlake”), today announced that it has acquired ThreadKM, a leading provider of collaboration technology. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1894, Duncan Craig is one of the oldest law firms in Alberta, Canada. The firm has two offices with approximately 50 lawyers and about another 100 individuals on its support staff.
